TIARA AIR ARUBA

Be careful with this airline , if you go there make sure that you have a contract ,they will get you a work permit and then tax you ,offer is 6000 USD plus aptment car and a pay raise but the truth is that all this will be gone as the pilot gets the permit NET SALARY 4300 USD and the island is very expensive. Days off are always violated and to leave them will be a problem and as broke as they are they will hire a private pilot license holder because they did not pay the crews their salaries up to 100000 Mr Muyale owes he wanted pilots to stick around without pay and he decided not to pay period I will hire another pilot instead ,they will fire you so they do not provide a reference letter .The 737-300 is in bad shape you will be doing 13 hrs duty to fly 2 hrs A DAY and unlimited landings .Management is brutal and dishonest , you will have to leave quietly after you collect your salary otherwise NO MONEY ,WORKED FOR FREE. BEWARE WHEN FLYING THIS OLD JUNK , if hrs are needed plan 6 months and just GO!!!!!! all this happened to all expats and they will sound nice & FRIENDLY BUT THEY ARE NOT !!!! BE CAREFULL AND GOOD LUCK!!!

Hi thanks,

What about Insel air? Do you have some info about them?
Or do you know somebody inside?
Looks like serious outfit and expanding.

Thank you,

Falck

TIARA AIR

Tiara is now hiring after getting rid of the pilots that they owe moneys , and much worse thay are still broke to say the least .beware of the promised land talk ,they do not care to lie use you and dump you on the spot , you will also have to look for a job without a recommendatuion letter so whaever you fly there will be worthless , good luck !!!!!!

Real talk

Listen to this guy I'm a pilot that they laid off and they owe me 7 months salary and my lay off pay totaling 29,000. You have been warned!!! They claimed they would call back employees they laid off for when they restarted and they still aren't flying but they are supposedly hiring. I'm still owed money and they haven't called me back. Says a lot about the company.
