Talking Steps to convalidate foreign CPL to a Chilean CPL - Sorry it's in Spanish

Thought I'd start a new thread regarding the convalidation of a foreign CPL to a Chilean CPL. This is the message a cousin obtained for me in Chile. She lives quite close to 'La Direccion Aeronautica Civil', and this is what they told her. . .I guess it doesn't say much about tests, however I'm sure there would be. That's my next question. .Cheers

*"sciolist"... Noun, archaic. "a person who pretends to be knowledgeable and well informed".
