Alma de Mexico

I know this has been beat to to death about other Mexican carriers, but I heard a "rumor" from a reliable source who has alot of contact with some of the higher ups there, that they do have some expat pilots working for them. Any truth? I dont think it is, I know how strict X registered carriers are. Just curious though.
