Converting Canadian ATP to FAA
Yes. The only problem is for a ME ATP you have to go through the ATP Certificate Training Program and there are only a few approved schools.

Thx for the quick reply! Yes. A Canadian ATP includes Multi and Instrument privileges that were accrued prior to the ATP rating. I'm assuming the conversion allows me to fly Multi IFR on N registered aircraft as well.

I believe that certificate that you write about is required only since July 2014. I already have the Multi designation on the ATP licence, but it says nothing about Instrument privileges, which are part of the Canadian ATP.
