Part time instructing

Dear PPRUNErs,
Good day.

well I read a lot in here about having a work permit.
I have been applying to University of Toronto, and hopefully with my grades, I can soon be a student there, which will give me a student visa, and after I did so many researches, I came to this point that a student can work 20 hours a week. And also I hold an ICAO CPL/IR and Instructor rating.
My question here is, do you guys out there in Canada think I can get a part time instructing job with that 20 hours a week work permission? Would companies consider such guys?
