Canada The great white north. A BIG country with few people and LOTS of aviation.

Peter Shewring CAHOF

Hard to believe, but today marks two years since Peter's flight to a far better place. As expected, he is still missed.

I have decided to undertake his nomination to the Canadaian Aviation Hall of Fame. The process is quite involved, so I am soliciting the help of anyone who feels they can add to the application. The outline can be found here:
Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame - Wetaskiwin, Alberta - CAHF

I knew Peter and his family fairly well, but never worked for him, or acted as a crewmwmber with him. There are obviously some gaps in my experience. If you feel you can help fill in some of those gaps, please get in touch with me, initially via pm.

I think "Pecos" Pete deserves it, and while he would certainly downplay it, I'm sure he would also appreciate it...

*"sciolist"... Noun, archaic. "a person who pretends to be knowledgeable and well informed".
