Post Slowdown at YVR?

I'v heard that I******* have laid off a bunch of Techs from their YVR maintenance shop. Bad news! Is this the start of an industry slowdown? AC are now charging an extra $15 per trip to cover the extra cost of fuel (yesterdays newspaper). Seems like the good times might be ending.

(This aint hell, but you can see it from here!)
