WJA upgrades

Does someone in the know from WJA know how long are the upgrades. In the past it was 2yrs.....realistically what is it now. I hear 4 to 8 yrs....anyone know.

How many pilots are there as well and how many are they upgrading yearly. Where are they on the upgrade list.

cheers.

Right now the guys upgrading have 3 1/2 to 4 yrs in the right seat.

It would only be guessing as to how long it would be for someone joining now. Remember , there are a lot of younger pilots at WestJet so retirements won't help a lot especially considering that WestJet lets it's pilots fly to 65.

The big wild card for the future is expansion. Will WestJet get significantly bigger? Will WestJet fly internationally? I think the answer to both questions is yes. The question you have to ask yourself is when?
