Quebec Govt tops up aid to Bombardier by $750 m

The Quebec Govt apparently has upped its "aid" to Bombardier to help it sell more Regional Jets, but hopes in return that the proposed C-Series will be built in the province.

I thought this may be moved to Airlines, Airports and Routes, but I think it's a bit parochial to send this to the Canada forum!
