Thumbs up A Big THANK YOU to BA - Excellent!

I've just returned from a trip on Concorde to NY with my mother, who doesn't fly very much (a bit nervous, 70th Birthday surprise), back on the 744 - and I just wanted to say a big Thank You to the cabin crews on both legs.

Despite the fact that they had their work cut out (full aircraft both ways, well done BA) the service was always unrushed, punctual and just - well, really nice!!

Thanks again - hope the crews on the BA1 (9 Nov) and the BA114 (11 Nov) get to read this - you were just great!

TA
