BA Career Break

Anyone know what the difference is between/ benefit of taking a career break as opposed to resigning from BA.

A career break usually may you don't need to pass the recruitment process again and can rejoin when/if there is a vacancy. It is worth checking if this is on offer.

Also it may allow you to continue in the same pension scheme with a service gap rather than rejoining and becoming a member of the latest pension scheme.

It is worth checking this out very carefully if it is offered.
