Conversion Training

Hi Everyone
Am interested in how airlines conduct conversion Training from an initial Boeing fleet to now including Airbus. How many days did the cabin crew EP training take and the requirements for competency.
Where there any problems that was faced......?

Appreciate any input.

Thank you

Boeing to AB

I just did my conversion training from Airbus to Boieng and it was 5 days. It's not difficult because it's not like an abnitio training. I'm still A380 at heat but happy to join B777 family and enjoy more destinations.
