Not sure if there's anything to discuss really. If they can do the job to the same standard as anyone else then it isn't a drama that I can see.

Can't really think that there is much to duscuss. As long as they are trained to the standard and competant at their job why should they be excluded from being CC? In my experience (just waiting now for the mass of comments ) you'd often be hard pressed to tell whether they had started out life male or female anyway!

rogerk, as said by the 2 people above, there isnīt much to discuss.

People who have the characteristics needed for the job and get trained to the standard required by the regulator, will most likely succeed.

As for a salacious discussion of the gender aspect; take it somewhere else why donīt you?
