The house is probably best suited to drivers if you are heading to LGW, although it's only about 2 miles from Preston Park Stn.
The room which is vacant is based on the ground floor. The room is fully furnished and has a double bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
The house is situated in the very popular area of Five Ways in Brighton (Hollingdean), which is just twenty minutes walk from central town.
The room is charged for monthly at £450 (BARGAIN) which includes all bills! And all, means all (except for abuse of the landline, e.g. premium rate, mobile calls etc)
A one month deposit and no references required...

Hi there Red Crew Girl. I have just read your post. I too am meant to be starting the course on 8 October. I only live about 40 minutes away from the base and was going to drive up there everyday. It doesn't take long. I would have a room, bed and parking space. I do have a family but they do know that they will have to not disturb me as I know there is heaps and heaps of studying to be done and I don't want to fail. If you fancy it let me know. I am "slightly older" too!! Ha
We have a small but spacious (if thats not a contradiction lol..) nice room to rent in a large town house on a Marina in yeading nr Hayes sharing with other Crew.
Its 10mins by Car to Heathrow or close by is a 24hr bus service to the airport which only takes 20 mins.
We are 3 BMI Crew and 1 Qantas Uk and are close friends. We will be looking for a friendly kind of person who is happy to have a drink and a laugh but we will also respect your privacy. Its sounds like a lot of people but as I said we live in a big Town house and we all nightstop often so not always in at the same time
The house has 2 bathrooms which includes a Jacuzzi/bath/shower, we have a large communal area with a dishwasher. The house has 2 balconies with one overlooking the Marina its a quiet and friendly area within a 5min walk to Tesco and 2 mins walk to our local marina pub.
The rent is only £300 and includes council Tax and other basics e.g. Bread, Milk, Tea, Coffee all cleaning products and washing powder etc.the other bills are always low so it wont be much more. All we ask for is the deposit and a months rent in advance.
We are 2 Girls and 2 Guys, one Gay (me) and other straight. The only reason I add the previous line is that whoever moves in will be moving into a friendly and open house.
Hey that sounds fab, how much do you want rent. As I said monday thru friday. You sound like a dream to me. Plus we can share the drive and the studying!! Red Crew Girl.Great. Yes I live in a busy house with three kids but like I said, they know that for those 6 weeks I shall be studying very hard. I can get to Crawley in 30 minutes. We could share the driving. As for rent, I don't know, say about £60 a week? We could take it in turns driving up so petrol would be halved. What time is your uniform fitting? I have a fully furnished room avalaible very close to Heathrow which is around a five minute car journey to London Heathrow, or around a ten minute bus journey. The bus stop is a two minute walk from the house. There is also a British rail station which is a five minute walk away, which has direct trains into central London.
There is a 24 hour tesco which is within walking distance. Ashford high street is also only a few minutes walk away. If you are into lively nights out Staines, Richmond and Kingston are all very accessible.
The rent is £110 PW including all bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax, television licence, wireless internet and cleaning).
