Im a 21 year old female whos nice and clean, dont mind sharing.

House/flat share long range aircrew LHR (Oxford?)

Hi!
I have a 6 away/ 5 home roster. Think it’s a waste to rent my own place if I am hardly there. Sounds familiar? Since I only commute a few times a month I don’t mind living quite far from the airport. I’m thinking about a place downtown Oxford. I live on the South Coast now. I’m 27 years old, grew up in Holland, and very social. I have a few weeks notice on my current rent. Thus, moving in would be anywhere from late January. The idea I have in mind is to meet, and look for a place together after.

I’m first officer flight crew. Couldn’t find the pilot accommodation thread so forgive me for my posting here cabin crew! I would be more than happy to live with anyone who spends quite a lot of time away, though. Flight or cabin crew ;-) !!!

To give you an idea of what I have in mind:
- Only 2 people in the house
- Walking distance from city centre
- Non smoking
- 3 bedrooms to use the 3rd as a study/guest room
- Thinking to spend around 600 pounds a month, each

Let me know if there is anyone with similar thoughts out there!!!

Also, if you know of any other aircrew website to add this posting to, please do let me know!

Martin

Room/House Share available near STN

I am currently living in a 2 bed house with my friend... her room will be empty at the end of the month so need someone to fill it. It is a small double bedroom, unfurnished.

The house is in Braintree and is 20 minutes car journey from Stansted. I am looking for someone friendly, considerate and clean. I don't want you to feel like you have to stay in your room all the time!! Rent is £430 a month, includes all bills except phone calls. I have Sky Tv and wireless broadband. The house is in a quiet area on an estate near the edge of town, with Tesco a 5 minute walk away and the town centre is less than 10 minutes in the car.

PM me if interested.

Shepperton - Two double bedroom detached house situated on private riverside estate

Available from 1st February 2007 (or possibly earlier)...

A gas centrally heated (see below), unfurnished, un-carpeted, detached bungalow, located in a cul-de-sac on a private colony beside the River Thames, in Shepperton, Surrey. Property backs onto Shepperton marina and a world renowned swan sanctuary. Ample parking for several vehicles.

The property is basic (tenant free to do as he/she wishes, as long as the walls remain), though in November 2007 had a new gas boiler fitted at a cost of £2,000 plus, and now meets the new EEC requirements.

The garden resembles the Amazon jungle, but numerous local gardening services available. A wooden fence, the responsibility of the owner, is in the process of being replaced, as is a plaster plinth surrounding the base of the property.

Shepperton - an overgrown village nestled in a bend of the River Thames - is within the M25, five miles from Heathrow, 35 miles from Gatwick. LGW often quicker to get to. Easy access to M25 (junctions 10 and 11) and both the M3 and M4. London Waterloo is a 45 minute rail journey away; same time to central London by car via the A316. Film studios, a five minute drive away; village high street, pubs, etc., less. Nearest large shopping areas: Kingston, Staines and Woking.

£950 per month, plus one months deposit. I'll take care of paying an annual residents association fee, leaving tenant with council tax (Borough of Elmbridge), routine service bills including water (property is water metered) and optional domestic bills; contents insurance, tv licence, etc.

A very quiet location within a small friendly community. Local hotel, two minute walk away, which offers favourable gym/swiming pool, etc., membership concession to estate residents.

Opportunity for tenant to sublet second bedroom. I care not.

Rooms in Brentford

Hi!
I am looking for two lodgers to occupy my small single and small double rooms. Ideally long haul CC, but open to offers. The flat is 20 minutes away from Heathrow. It's on a private Thames side estate which is quiet and secure. Easy access to Waterloo and the tubes. The rent will include wireless broadband, all bills except phone, and the cleaner. Parking can be arranged. The rooms are newly refurbished and cosy and clean. The rent will vary depending on how much you are here. From £600-700 for the double, all inc, and from £500-£600 for the single, all inc.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Room To Rent

Hi all i'm new to this site so bear with me:

I live in aldershot, hampshire and have a double room for rent, it's a spacious double room furnished in a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom appartment. (i can be more specific if required) The area is nice and quiet and has an off road parking space. The train station is a fair walk, but an 8min cab ride. I am currently flying staff spending alot of time away so you'd have the luxury of the place to yourself frequently. i'm very tidy and house proud so i would prefer someone who is equally as tidy, friendly and likes a glass of vino or two.... it's available for £350 a month including all bills accept phone and food! if anyone is interested i can send you some photos or more details. Happy surfing!
