Hi there,

I have single bedroom available for rent in three bedroom fully equiped house in village of Elsenham, six minutes drive to Stansted Airport.
Whole house is at the end of renovation project (in as new condition) in very quiet area.
Local store with extended opening hours (0400 - 2300) Post office, chip shop and hairdresser less than two minutes walk, local pub about four minutes walk and train station less than ten minutes walk. off street parking space available. (Also I can make garage available upon agreement if you are using motorbike or convertible)
There are no pets in the house. Garden with BBQ patio is also available
I am "living in" landlord, working on Stansted Airport (Diamond Hangar)
Prefered non smoker but don't mind if you will smoke outside.
I am looking for £300 pcm or £80 pcw all bills included.

I HAVE BEEN STAYING THERE FOR 2 MONTHS AND ALTHOUGH AT FIRST THINGS FEEL CLEAN, THEY SO WERE'NT!!

HEARD RUMOURS FROM OTHER CREW THAT THERE WERE CREEPY CRAWLIES BUT I THOUGHT THEY WERE REFERRING TO THE NUMEROUS SPIDERS AND FLIES IN THERE BUT I COULDNT BELIEVE IT WHEN 2 MICE WERE FOUND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT......IN MY BLOODY SUITCASE! APART FROM SHI****G EVERYWHERE IN IT, THE RACKET WENT ON ALL NIGHT AND I DIDNT SLEEP A WINK.

THE LANDLADY NICKNAMED THE WITCH (WONDER WHY!) IS A PENNY PINCHING OLD BAT WHO DIDNT GIVE A MONKEYS AND DIDNT BOTHER DOING ANYTHING UNTIL THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY COLLEAGUE. SHE WAS RELUCTANT TO REFUND 1 NIGHTS STAY AND MADE THINGS VERY DIFFICULT FOR US. SHE PLAYED MIND GAMES AND MADE INDIRECT JIBES AT US AND EXTREMELY RUDE TO US OVER THE PHONE. FOR £25 A NIGHT, YOUR BETTER OFF ELSE WHERE WITH BETTER HEALTH AND SAFETY AND NO MIND GAMES. THIS CREW HOUSE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND REPORTED!
AND THE WITCH....IN A MENTAL INSTITUTE.
