I have a single room @ £500-550 pcm, or a double @ £650-700 pcm. Price variable on how much time lodger is actually there, ie: if you spend a lot of time away we can fix price to suit. All bills, a weekly cleaner, wireless internet and free parking included.

Im moving to LHR in the next few months. Would anyone know of rural/semi-rural accomodation that would take on me and my Cats please? I have 4 (all house trained) and they live outside but Rental Agents throw their hands up in the air in horror! I would also like to share with a Cat Lover who needs a lodger? Room for rent in Sydney sharing with 1 other long haul cabin crew member. 3 Bedroom house huge room 7m x 4m with walk in wardrobe (2x2mts) with own ensuite and balcony with view.
House has a small backyard and a 3x3 storage shed. Located in Leichhardt about 20 mins drive from the airport we are very close to bars and restaurants and the vibrant Norton street. Minutes from the bay run and 2kms from the city (about $10-$15 in a cab)
My roster will consist of up to 20 nights away and on the remaining nights I will probably be staying with my boyfriend so you will have the house to yourself a lot.
I will be taking 1 bedroom and paying rent on a 2nd bedroom as I have a home based business (website) and I need the space for my supplies and on my days off I will work from the house.
House has floorboards throughout apart from the bedrooms which are carpeted. Can arrange for the room to be furnished if needed.
Gas fireplace in winter and very cheap bills as we have solar heating (saves about 70% off normal electical bills!)
Great neighbours and friendly area to live in. Very easy access to public transport and parking on and offstreet.
The full house is $570 a week and I am asking for $235 for the large room as the downstairs rooms I will be moving into are only 3x3mtrs and $170 each a week.
Looking to get someone asap but I am also happy to wait for the right person as I am looking for someone long term. Would consider a couple and can discuss rent for this.
