Working Families

Does anyone know the part time arrangements for cabin crew with children under 6? I am planning on returning to work after maternity leave and would like to approach my employer with a request for more flexible flying. Does anyone offer a 25% contract and if so how is it worked?

Hi,

dunno about 25% but I was offered 50% as I have a 1 yr old and a 3 yr old.

They gave me the option to 'choose' my days as such.

I didn't actually go ahead with it and instead work full time, but they were very open to discussion about it.

Good Luck

Ezy
