Hi Guys

Well i wanted to say THANKYOU for the crew who took me out to Vegas, they were fantastic, so friendly and very helpful, you were all brill, but landed back this morning, and the crew bringing us out were crap, i couldn't believe it, they were awful, never smiled and there customer service skills were so bad.
They were rushing all the time, the flight was ful ltoday and they did off load some pax as the BMI flight was cancelled ???????
When giving out dinners, they just rushed so much and forgot our row, she was a little embarrased shal lwe say !!!!!
But my thanks to the crew who took us out they were great, so once again thanks guys.....
