Completion of 6 months: 5250 AED

The total salary is : Basic Salary + Flying Hours + Duty Hours + Layovers(if any) + seniority

For example you completed 7 months as a cabin crew than your monthly salary will be like that:
Basic : 5250 + Flying Hours : 3708 + Duty Hours: 1778 + Nights Stops: 210
that means your total monthly salary is: 10946 AED

in your first 3 months your total monthly salary will be around 4000 - 6000 AED
in your 4th month till 1 year it will be around 9000 - 11000 AED
after 2 year you will be able to reach around 12000 - 13000 AED

> after completion of every 1 year you get extra 200 AED in your salary every month
> after completion of 2 years you get 400 AED extra every month
> and it continues like that after every year you get 200 in addition to the one that you have
> after 3 years you get 600 AED extra in your salary every month
> this 200 extra it's for : Seniority

Over all I have now 3 years as a cabin crew with Air Arabia and still planing to stay

Things that I like:
> Salary is good comparing to other companies in Europe or Africa.
I'am saving good amount of money.
> You work comfortable and you don't feel someone is watching you like what is happening in Emirates or qatar airways
> Standby tickets and 90% discounts from other airlines so you go back to your home country a lot of times during the year

Things that I did not like:
> wearing the apron during the service
> no crew meal is provided you will have to bring your food or buy from the flight catering
> small aircrafts all are A320 type in long flights more than 5h (moscow, Kiev, nairobi, urumqi...) you get bored
