Virgin Atlantic Vs BA Mixed Fleet

I am currently a commercial pilot looking for an airline job however due to the 'waiting game' have decided to maybe take up a cabin crew position, at least then im still in an aircraft (even though this time would be serving drinks) and still get to travel.
I have interviews with both VA and BA MF. Can anyone give any insight into the big differences between the two in terms of life style, pay, rotas ets.

Thanks

I don't want to get on my soap box too much here but I'm hoping you realise there is a lot more to the job than just serving drinks otherwise the whole cabin crew experience will become invaluable to you in CRM terms when/if you take your seat at the pointy end.
