Aural/Hearing requirements

Hi everyone.

I have a query regarding Aural/ hearing requirements for Cabin Crew. not exactly sure where to post but maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

Is there a certain Aural Standard that someones hearing must be above to be cabin crew and if so what is it? Also who would be the ones who govern it. i was told it is not the CAA. Is it perhaps the airlines themselves who decide themselves or what is the story.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Even if you dont know, just maybe you can point me in the right direction!! Just post here or even pm me

Cheers guys
