At the interviews they did say they were going to have 4 ground schools, the first one starting at the end of this month and the other 3 somewhere in june , july and August.
And there will be 16 in each groundschool, so they are after 64 crew in total.

hey lee 86

i remember them saying those numbers at the assessment day, still haven't heard a word from them, no email, phone call nothing.. My ref's haven't contacted me saying that QF has contacted them.. So unsure on where my application is up too...

I have seen on the wall that some people who were in our meet and greet have already had to email saying they were unsuccessful.

Have you heard anything??

No I haven't heard anything yet, but it is only the start of the 3rd week. We still have 2 more weeks, so finger crossed. lol
What day did you do your interview? Friday/Saturday

June 4th Meet and Greet
Hi There,
I know of 3 people that went to the meet and gret Friday 4th June and all of them had their references called on tuesday 8th June.. Not sure if this info helps at all?

yeah it is strange some people who attended later have had their refs called, i attended on the 24th of may and havnt heard a word.. I know people who were in that assessment have had their apps taken to the medical stage while others have recieved the rejection email...

Next week is week 4 for us, so hopefully QF is still intending on only taking 4 weeks to contact us. lol.

Hi there, Does any body know when they will be recruiting next. i have expressed my interests like 100 times but still have herd nothing back...
Also does any body know about jetconnect Qantas NZ Auckland - if you have expressed your interests have you herd back for an interview?

Great to hear such positive and quick movement for SYD base.

Has anyone had any feedback for MEL base regarding interviews or anything? We always seem to be the last. I'm perfecting the art of patience......occasionally.

Did they check your Refs? Or did you just go straight to medical?

I use to fly for Jetstar. but I left them 1 year ago.

My colleague was successful, she has been emailed Medical transferral info early this week. She was told they want 16 experienced crew for the A380, and 32 unexperienced crew for the wide body fleet.

Hey cody,

No I haven't heard anything yet. Only 16 for the 380! I wonder if the will take people with experience for the wide body fleet. I hope so!

It's almost the end of the 4th week. I hope they contact me soon before they fill up all their spots.

I was thinking of maybe emailing them next week! Not sure though!
