Hi guys, the only thing I can find is this : Blue Sky Intl managment....anyone knows who actually operates the Bird ?

Owner is SCM which stands for System Capital Management, and whose owner is Rinat Akhmetov.
He also owns ACJs P4-ARL and P4-RLA
