Positioning ?

Can any one help with advice on how best to position/reposition between Britain and the US. Which are the best airlines to deal with? Any web sites ?

Would suggest DEN-PHX...then BA nonstop to the UK, very good service.

Thanks for that, when I'm in Co I fly BA direct LHR. But I often have to pax between London and NY. There are so many different web sites etc now, I was looking for advice on the best way to book and with whom ?
