Flight Planning

I am looking for advice from biz-jet operators, particularly in Europe.

How do you do your flight planning and slot management for your aircraft? Do you find that you suffer ATC delays at times that you cannot get around by just talking to the local tower?

Do you use a company for flight planning and slot management? Who are they? What are the prices like? What sort of service do you get from them?

I'd be grateful for your advice and comments.....

I'm sorry but any replies to this request touting various companies are going to have to be by means of email.

Thank you for your understanding.
