Emperor Aviation (G450)

Hi Aviators,

Still messing around in bizjets and saw an ad with this aforementioned company, any feedback on this Maltese operator, a year or two ago I heard
some unsavory noises with the DFO and the Director down there, past isn't always a guide to the future so any fresh news on the T and C's etc I'd appreciate it.

Emperor Aviation, what a laugh still the same old Russian idiot Irakli who was involved with the demise of OceanSky, he just keeps finding new companies to leech from then fires crew and goes bust using different AOC's, take a hint, stay well away.

I agree totally. A bunch of clowns. Fulltime clowns (though other clown may feel offended to be compared!!). Good luck with even getting paid - not just on time. Their HR woman is a narcissistic bi@tch with absolutely no clue. Added it all up and you have a complete circuis. Good luck with that project.

I hope to post something more constructive in the future as a first poster, but SB, good luck should you work for Emperor , as a former line trainer, the DFO (Hans Pfeffer) is a snake in the grass that'll give orders to fail people for no good reason (if your not german) , don't trust him - Check you have all fingers when you shake hands. As for Director (Ammr Shladi) hes a rude vile sewer rat, that has no respect for pilots or other work colleagues. They are both joined at the hip as they both have failed companies behind them, one in particular was bought by Oceansky. Least said.... I'll let you decided who's who in this photo line up.. Wishing all crews good luck, safe flights - next post more positive !

Thank for the heads-up fellow aviators.. A bit of investigation into this ops, after reading this thread, made me wonder why one would even consider the outfit. Many thanks.

Goodluck with that stinky lot,

My experience was very (!) brief, I left after what can only be as interpreted as obtuse and abstract comments from a dutch chap after a flight (long story) - seemed a nice (ish) guy one minute on the initial OPC , the next day he was a different bloke. (who later was overheard saying he was told to fail me from the DFO). Realizing the politics there , and having passed everything through my SA , EASA and FAA ATPLS first time and passed all OPCS and LPC's without issue, I wasn't about to get done over by childlike folk. Though , hearing all sorts of dirty tricks in this business I wasn't going to get fryed. I didn't get paid naturally as the owner didn't believe my story. Over that previous year or so they went through almost a dozen pilots maybe its calmed down now... Bullying tactics, directors with strings of failed companies amazing how these people sleep at night really..

ok... The year is now 2020, and I can confirm that nothing has changed and all said in this thread is completely true... You see, all in all the company is hiding behind the veneer of glamorous machines, but behind the scenes is a real sesspool of dirty tricks and strangle decisions with no apparent logic.. Regarding the DFo Hans Pfeffer, I will say this .. I am actually VERY fond of him ( I mean this without sarcasm or irony ) because of his conviction in personal infallibility and seemingly adhering to ideas that belong in the 1970’s. . .

A special mention is reserved for Hanses dog - Turkish Kenan from the HondaJet .. Two faced , a liar and stabs you in the back as he smiles .. His idea of line training is to assassinate, and his love for writing and sending reports is legendary. With the the display of self importance and high competence he came within a whisker of destroying the plane right before my eyes by willingly ignoring checklists..

When push came to shove, I quickly found myself on the receiving end of threats, blackmail and intimidation.. Steer well - I mean well clear....
