So this rumour of a mass departure appears to be true. It coincides with the departure of the highly regarded training manager from Lea..some would say the last remaining good guy.
The one thing lux companies have in common seems to be workforces who are too frightened by management threats to post on pprune.....which says it all..

Most recent "significant" mergers have resulted in a mass exodus of people leaving of their own choice - look at Hangar8/Gama, LEA/Execujet into Lux, etc.

Does make you wonder if the longer term effect of consolidation is good/bad/otherwise.

It will be fascinating to see how this luxaviation gravity and boundary defying orgy of spending plays out.
The guys at Lea formed an orderly queue for their exit leaving an experience void on both management and pilot levels (over half have left). Quite what has prompted this sudden bail out at execujet one can only speculate on. Until someone knowledgeable posts.
Patrick Hansen sent a letter to us all earlier this year indicating that his investors were expecting a return on their money this year (which if i am not mistaken)would be the first time they have ever made a single euro in ten years of trading!!!
Considering the hundreds of millions spent and the apparent lack of ability to hold together the companies purchased........this seems somewhat unrealistic.
Are Mr Hansen's pigeons coming home to roost perhaps?
