Mirage Aviation / Jim Baroni
Anyone heard of this operator or Jim Baroni.
Saw a job posting for a BBJ pilot but didn't look authentic, perhaps a scam?
Couldn't find anything on google.

I have found that you should ask the pilots who have been on the job with a company for 5 or 6 years to know the real story of a flight department. Hearing feedback from pilots who probably washed out during their probation period are the ones who make the most noise and are not the ones that give an honest picture

That would be nice, however it is quite telling when no one can put up with it for more than a few months.

From someone with experience: Stay away from Jim Baroni. Mirage had one accident and several incidents under his tenure as director of ops. He absolutely humiliates and threatens people. Maintenance on the aircraft is poor. Owner often defaults on pilots payment.
