Kazahkstan visas for crew??

I have been in Kazahkstan many times without a visa. Just checked Jeppesen and they say presently. Crew must have visas, unless there is a bilateral agreement for crews with the respective country..... anyone know how to find out which countries are covered/not covered???

Sorry.....Found it on Foreign Affairs Ministry website. Most of the EU countries, USA are now visa free for 30 days.
