Anyone been in Niamey / DRRN lately ?

Is there good or fair accommodation available ?

Any input appreciated

if you really have to stay...

Just be aware that Air France crew don't overnight in Niamey anymore.

The two largest hotels are:

Gaweye is an OK place, nice bar looking over the river, watch the local youth play in the water, watch the sunset. Cold beer in 660ml bottles and life is good!!
