Does anyone have any insider info on Global Jet?

• Whats it like working for the company?
• Pay
• Roster
• development and opportunities eg career progression
• what the people are like
  • Holiday entitlement / working your days off?

Before anyone says it....I have researched them on Pprune, PPJN etc but its all quite old info.

Have seen that Global Jet Lux are recruiting again. Does anyone have any information on the operation in terms of:
Salary
Days off
Typical tour
Working environment.
Competitive minimums for capt position.
Bases.

Puzzle me this....

15 days on, 15 days off
no other leave
training etc done on your "off days"
crew all very nice and fairly happy
salary variable depending on fleet

And no I don't work there, just know some people who do.
