Overflying Venezuela

Anyone here done this and had issues? Some people say don't, others say no problems.

Like a lot of countries in the world, things change based upon the time of the day, day of the week, the phase of the moon, etc. Venezuela is no exception. The last time I overflew (a year or so ago) there weren't any problems at all. Get an update before you go.
