deerjet, BAA, Lily jet, etc

Hi Folks! do you have any information about this companies? i could not find much in this part of the forum.
Im 28, 2300 TT, which 1000 are jet (LJ-60, LJ-35), 700 Turbo and the rest Be-58, Pa-31, etc.

I am from Argentina and not much is happening down here. Do you know if this companies hire people without being type rated in GV, CL605 or that kind of big birds? Is it impossible to obtain a TR from them? if you have enough jet time of course

I know this is out of GA but somebody knows if in Asia and middle east the interviews for airlines or GA have to be face to face or what kinf of process is required?

Thanks in advance

From what I have seen and heard most companies don't! You really need to know somebody in the company who could help you in, otherwise I don't think you have a chance getting in without a type-rating.

After all the paperwork has been accepted, usually after one or two skype interview(s) follows a invitation for a face to face interview. However this may differ for each company!

Good luck

I have previous discussions with various people relating to these companies.
One of the issues I brought up was the commuting package. They provided an allowance to cover airfares, but because the aircraft was worldwide, you were in a position that you as the pilot purchase a flight to China, and the aircraft moves the day before your commute flight to UAE. You are then expected to change your flight details or pay for a new ticket in addition to the one you're no longer taking. Basically, position yourself at your own cost!

Further to this, the financial package was WAY below market rate for experienced flight crew.
I was even at one point offered a GV rating to get me to come?!

There is a reason China is trying to attract people with either ratings or money.......because it is scary out there!

Thank you very much for your advices.
A few months ago i started looking forward to move on and obtain better type ratings, as in my country there are only two CL-601, maybe two gulfstream and stop counting, so as you can imagine, the possibilities are really low. I also notice that having 1000 turbine jet time is a lot down here, but its realli low time for Asia, Middle east, etc.

Besides this companies i mentioned, what other option would you analize to search? Of course this are not the only three companies i looked into., but maybe you have a clear view.

Thanks guys for give me your point of view
