Hangar8 to become GAMA PLC

It was announced today that Hangar8 ltd is going to merge with GAMA aviation and the whole lot to become GAMA Aviation PLC

The joys of market share deals!
Gama are buying the shares that Hangar 8 are issuing to raise the money to buy Gama. Therefore at some point after the snake has swallowed its own tail, Gama are doing the buying.

I know GAMA have engineering bases at both Fairoaks and Farnborough, so where are Hangar8 based?

Despite all of the hype from H8 the Chairman of GAMA Aviation PLC will be Marwan Khalek and DD will be CEO of H8.

Mmm the one with a not so good reputation from a quality perspective is ending up with the one to be rumoured to have had financial issues... But the interesting question is: which one is which, it is the money loosing industry called business aviation after all
