Airframe life

The other night I was fantasizing about buying a light twin (after a lottery win ) and came across the Cessna 421C. After a brief bit of research I noticed general comments about the life of airframes of pressurised A/C. Despite some light digging I couldn't find anything 421 specific.

The question I have is.....

Do light twins in the C421c / B58p realm have airframe life limitations?? If so, where would I go to find the relevant numbers? I see some nice examples with mid time props/engines and varying numbers on airframe TT's...some of which are low(ish) and others which are comparable to the dawn of the Universe!!!

Its probably best to ask a maintenance shop that is certified to maintain 421s or B58s. At least Cessna had a huge SB, that costs a lot of money, looming. Had to do with corrosion IIRC.
Anyway, maintenance programs do change and if someone knows these numbers, it should be a maintenance organistion.

And have alook here:

Type Data Cert, scroll to the bottom

http://rgl.faa.gov/Regulatory_and_Gu...$FILE/A7ce.pdf

B58 P PA refer you to the maint manual, the PA is simply the P that has had the MTOW as a paperwork exercise reduced to allow it to be maintained under lamp I believe.

you can search the Type certs here

http://rgl.faa.gov/Regulatory_and_Gu...meset?OpenPage

though there may be other limits such as AD's etc and the SIDS mentioned for the 421. you can register on Cessna's site and access the SIDS, which are the SB mentioned above.
