Check with the Norwegian Airforce. They used a G-3, droppedto low level, slowed to??, de-pressurized, harnessed and attached a crew memberin the baggage compartment, opened the baggage door and then dropped thesurvival equipment out the door. After the rescue was complete they reversedthe procedure and returned to cruise flight. No additional work was done to astandard G-3 to do this.

There's also an Ilyushin 76 in the frame. Not quite as comfortable!
