It is hard to answer this because pay can vary widely. Also, in the USA at least, the 350 requires a type rating, and the 200 does not, so someone already typed in the 350 could expect to get paid more to fly it.
I was offered a 350 position in Texas with a salary of $60,000 a year. I used to fly the 350 in Saudi Arabia for $108,00 per year, with housing and car also provided. In Africa, I think pay would depend on if you are already local to the area, or if you are being recruited from outside. For me at least, I would not consider going to Africa to fly a 350 for less than $8000/month.
