I made enquires. The feedback was not pleasant.

They are looking for a lot of pilots. Why, is it sudden expansion or has everyone left?

....they seem to be buying new aircraft, the 2000 and a 7X appear to be on the cards. The website currently only has an 800 XP on offer jet wise.

Know a couple of people replied to their advertisement and didn't even get the common courtesy of a response.

That will give you an idea how well the company is run.

Consider the scenario as one of their employees when your pay is late (bound to happen) for e.g., and you enquire as to why. Do you think you will get a response? Don't count on it.

yep....I replied to the advert for the 7X and got nothing which considering that there are not that many type rated guys kicking around seems strange....as you say though does say something about the company....

Understandable I suppose. I mean, it's not like there are many Indians working in other countries around the world

I have been flying for them for a bit now and il answer any questions via pm cause you never know who's watching. A general idea though is that the pay is pretty good with next to no expenses but I'm having a hard time convincing myself to renew. They treat their pilots very poorely and have a bad rep here in India. Lastest word is they are trying to hire at least 6 Indian pilots to get rid of us expat pilots. They like being able to bond their Indian pilots so they can treat them as they want to and know they can't quit.

can anyone tell which all places do these charters fly.....and their living conditions..i mean is their any rostering or anything..
actually i was expecting a job as a fo on there king air c90..but dont know anything about general aviation and charter flying....can anyone clarify some of my doubts:

1. How do the pilots live ,i mean is it similar to airlines ..where accommodation and travel is provided.
2.Who do these people fly and on an average how many hours are logged in a month.
3.Are there any company benifits(case of religare group) provided..
4.Whats the renumeration like..is it comparable to airliners..?

pls do chip in..just wanted to something about these charters and corporate flying stuff...

For those who would like a full detailed brief on my very poor experience with this company, please feel free to contact me here. I just left after a year on a contract with them.
