You say 'taken off him'? Does this mean confiscated, sold...?

Apologies...just went back a page and have seen the previous post. So this is confirmed I guess? What now PC?

Lockup

Two aircraft locked in a hangar at Biggin, remaining one (sans engine) has lien on to different bank to the first two currently - PC keeping the engine as his personal property apparently - maybe needs it for the lawnmower...? Or the maserati?

I have to correct you there. Mark Walters is absolutely NOT P.C's partner. Yes, G-JETO is on Air Charter Scotland's AOC, but this is no secret.

Yes, I'm fully aware of what he was/is doing; just don't want people to think that he is working with P.C when he is not. Hopefully it will work out with Air Charter Scotland.

Nice Repy

Cape Fear. I make my own judgements about people and not only what I hear especially on this as most of it is anonymous. so far I have no Problem with Paul. If that opinion changes don't worry I will shout it from the roof tops. When in the UK Paul lets me (FOC) use an apartment off his house, breakfast is included.(large saving on hotel bills) I decided to move my aircraft to ACS due to issues I had with the Polish CAA (ULC). I have always insisted on high standards in the operation of the aircraft both in Jet Options and Directfly UK. I think Air Charter Scotland are a very professional organisation and I hope it well be a successful working relationship. Paul had no concern or objection to me moving the aircraft and in fact he hoped it goes well. For the record I was never a partner just helped Paul with crew recruitment and making sure the flying was legal, as it was my intention to put my aircraft on the same AOC. Alas this never happened. onward and upward

Vested interest

Would that include claims again Directfly or just PC? Not sure how all this works but owed money from the polish side of the company.

The man himself and Mitre Aviation I believe but it would be worth going along if you're owed money if only to ask him where it is.

11am kick-off. I'll be selling pies outside

Paul Crowther

Every now and then I visit this site to hear the latest with Paul Crowther. Apart from me there must be at least 2 others on this thread who have worked closely with this man in the past. Let me reiterate. He would attempt to cut every legal operating corner he could, he lied to his staff, he never paid any operating bills unless he had to to continue a flight. He came across as a very believable man and for those of us who got sucked in ...he then made us redundant with no redundancy payment and no salaries. He would blame his problems on the previous owners of Club 328 which is utter rubbish as he bought the company for £1 and then piled all his own companies debts onto the Club 328 name. He is utterly ruthless in his dealings with others and that includes staff and so called friends. Some of which are still persuing him for payments. I can only assume he has lost his aircraft because some of them have finally caught up with him. For anybody who is considering working for this man in any form my advice is ...listen. It was us last time and it will be you next time. Stay safe people

I doubt we will be the last either....when there are so many people out there in need of a job & to get on the first rung of the ladder then it becomes easy to become a little blinkered..

Unfortunately I discovered the reputation a little too late...

Highinx: You said that we in Poland owe you money ? Could you please identify yourself so that we can verify who you are ? There are currently two trade creditors below 2000 EUR each who we owe something in the normal course of business. It would be great to see who is behind your name. You can also PM me to see if you are one of the two, putting our name into the dirt here now.

Regarding Mark Walters who went to Air Charter Scotland. This was the only good option for Mark Walters left, because the Polish CAA is not easy to deal with. Last week 5 officers of the Polish CAA were arrested, waiting currently in prison for their criminal trial.

Regarding Paul Crowther, we can't tell anything bad. At the moment all seem to be okay.

Direct Fly

Hghijinks77 So There is no confusion, there are 2 separate companies.

1. Directfly Z.o.o Poland which is the Polish AOC holder, not owned by Paul.
2. DirectFly UK Ltd. operator/marketing company which is owned by Paul.

Regards,

Mark

So if they are two separate companies why is the Polish end commenting on Mr Crowther? Just interested, that's all.

Mark
No it was not meant as an insult, above, merely a cheap dig at your no doubt quickly typed account of your position, I'll admit perhaps slightly below the belt.
Still I am sure someone selling himself as an international traveller and businessman can take a jibe or two.
