names

If SpeedyFlyer is Paul Crowther (which is denied ) and this can remain on the site, then whay cant the following also be named Duck?

Oooahhh could be Steve Loverdige of XJC or Yorkshire Airways be Tony Rastick, or S Midgeon be Mungo Chapman or Pummet be Karl Watkin>?

If you have "moderated this post" then the list of names I just posted have been removed above and just Paul Crowther remains again... Seem fair moderating, "not". I just think that "fair" according to your Ts&Cs should apply to everyones name, yet Paul Crowther even get's his name in a thread! Seems pretty unreasonable to me....

Go one - lets see how many on this forum feel brave enough to come out in lights? it seems easy to throw stones from behind a brick wall.

Just home from a tour, nothing on the telly and I find this! My F/O is ex-328, must point him this way.

rumours or facts

Seems to be one rule for one and another for another Duck. On one hand, it is OK to post rumours. after all the Dictionary say:

rumour UK, US rumor Show phonetics
noun [C or U]
an unofficial interesting story or piece of news that might be true or invented, which quickly spreads from person to person:

yet, when a rumour goes up about XJC, it gets removed. Even though in this case I have personally seen the court papers - so not even a rumour... There are pages and pages of unsubstantiated rumours about PC and Club 328 though. Those seem OK to publish. So forgive me if I though you must work for XJC or be an ex Club 328 employee...

You have to admit, there seems to be a bit of a trend in your moderating?

If there's a trend in anyone's posts it's yours Speedy. So obviously giving away your identity I have to wonder why you deny it.

Speaking of papers, G-SOVA still with you?

Speedy.

As this seems not to be getting through, one more time. In future if you wish to ask me something please keep it to a PM. You know how that works because I've already had cause to contact you that way.

The 328 saga is out there in the public domain courtesy of the courts and media. What you sought to post here was (as yet) unsubstantiated and included some extremely personal allegations which were absolutely nothing to do with bizjets, aviation or any of the comapnies in it.

Re-read my last post. You may post names, just be very careful what else you write about them.

Legal

Its OK to have the Paul Crowther personal name in lights then according to PPRuNe towers. I take it Danny Fyne read this with humour and said, go one, let them use this guys name - "leave it up in lights guys, let see what happens?" Is that the way it is?

PPRuNe towers - The posts against Paul Crowther are slanderous in the extreme. None of it backed by facts. Tell me, how he can respond using the law and let a court decide then? Can you provide the PPRuNe towers contact and address details on a PM so that a fair and just action can be started to bring these slanderous individuals to book? According to Danny Fyne, there have been several actions against PPRuNe, but none have been succesfull. So I guess this is not a concern for you if you are behaving fairly and legally?

Or are you your own judge and jury - all here on this site? some of my fellow pilots seem to be, so I guess so.... Please prove me wrong...

I asked you a straightforward question.

As you are so interested in the law I'm asking for exact and precise legal reasons particularly in reference to 'passing off.'

Therefore, are you denying you are Paul Crowther?

Speedflyer.

Stop Googling legal definitions and answer the question in here. We all want to know now and you've only yourself to blame. A bit like that site that you mentioned on the previous page, bad news for Paul Crowther but I didn't even know it existed until you plastered it here. Bit of an own goal.

Edit. Now you've deleted your last two posts! Stand your corner or get off this thread, no wonder nobody wants to do business with you.

Simple question Speedy asked twice, ignored twice.

Tell you what. Have your lawyers write to us.

Well aired concerns regarding past relationships with PC and 328 aside; are Directfly now operating?

Having had a cursory glance at their web site it would suggest that they are 'live' and actively seeking crew.

A friend of mine who is owed money by Crowther's outfit has been told not to hold his breath as all the aircraft have been taken by the bank and are grounded at Biggin.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Edit. Confirmation from two sources today that they are grounded, as always people are owed money.

That must be very recent as GLUXY was doing the Biggin-Cannes run a couple of days ago
