Anyone coming to this thread for the first time could be forgiven for wondering what the hell the last two pages are about. They appear disjointed because the person to whom several of you are responding has deleted his posts.

I'll consider deleting or editing at a later stage to make things more sensible. In the meantime if you could all move on I'd appreciate it.

Doesn't the Holding Company in Switzerland still exist?

Maybe they're planning "Phoenix Republic" for a launch at NBAA...?

Should get a good price on a load of Lear 60XRs and some coffee machines.

Angel Insolvency is official!
I have heard from a very reliable source, that JR has now officially declared insolvency.

The court ruling was made on the 6th of October.

Just how bad was it?
An employee said they sold a total of 5 cards and zero shares...so at least their weren't loads of outside creditors, just the poor employees
