Single Pilot Exemption in Europe?

Curious if your seeing Citations pilots flying jets...Premiers or Citations in Europe, outside the states single pilot.

Big CE-500 series (e.g Encore) = Used to myself (still see it done).
CE-525 series = Yes (with CE-525S type rating)
Premier = When the insurance man stops laughing you still wont be
