Ops manager contract

Good friend about to accept a position of Director of Ops for a mixed fleet of turbo-prop and Corporate department and he is looking for a template of contract and any suggestions ... RSP, insurance, per diem ... anything coming into your mind ... last minute his appointment is monday ... please seeds and stay focus

Seem to remember that NBAA and/or AOPA frequently publish results of surveys of T&C for all kinds of punks.
Must say it's a bit late for a leader in spee to consider his demands.
