Is there a Good Corporate operator in the Sand Pit

Mutt need not apply.

99.9% of all posts are critical of private, corporate, executive operations.

There must be at least one in the Gulf, that has at least one satisfied employee.

Discuss.

Try empire aviation

www.empire.aero/

They are based in Dubai.

Hawkers and Falcons i think. I think they are owned by Emirates Holdings group.

Empire might be owned by Emirates group, but scratch the surface and see what you find.

define: good= not BAD

I think the required answer is an operator, who pays well, on time, gives job satisfaction, and respect to the staff, office and flight staff.
An enginering section, that can engineer, and a regulatory authority that regulates.
This narrows down the field rather a lot.

SM with the Global, is a good operation. Nice guys, nice aircraft, reasonable owner, and good trips. Enough crew to ensure time off, and good engineering support.
