Eric Francis Garland MBE MC and Bar RIP
Very sad to record passing of Eric Garland, unique gentleman and past colleague in Manx Airlines. Funeral service will be held at 12 45 pm on Wednesday 27th January at Rushen Parish Church, Isle of Man.

Thanks for posting, particularly the interview link. What an amazing character.
I bet the MC ribbon on an RAF uniform caused some double takes, particularly with a bar attached!

Mike and India Four Two, I can only agree with what you say, however you may be interested there is a post in "Where are they now?" concerning the sad passing of Eric.
