B -17 over Montreal - Sun 20 Jul 2014

While wandering around town today I saw at several very different times what looked very much like a silver B-17 at fairly low level over the city. Unfortunately while I had a camera with me I only had a short lens and couldn't get a decent shot. I understand the CAF B-17 was in Hamilton earlier this month, could it have been her? I'm not aware of any special events locally, and searching for B-17 just gets me a lot of health food advice.... anyone know the story here?

The same one that was in Hamilton has been in St. Hubert the last few days. They were offering rides at $200.00 a pop. Can't remember which one it is, Sentimental Journey?

It's going around on a tourist tour, it was in St Hubert Airport last weekend and then going to Gatineau Airport from there I beleive.
Here is the break down for price.
Static visit = $5.00
Flight (in the back) = $450.00
Flight (foward front seats) = $850.00
And that's USD not CAN.

Only saw pictures/photos, beautiful aircraft.

Thanks for the info. I saw her at approx 1030 heading east (so towards St Hubert) then again at about 1200 (heading west and we'll to the N of the city centre) then again at about 1630 in a single liar location as at 1030. Sounds like the flights weren't 0900, 1000, 1100 unless the first ones were pretty short. I'd more believe 0900, 1100 and 1300 and 1500, each of about 1.5 hours, given the times abound locations.

That's a lot of $$ but I guess it's a seller's market!
