Jordan Belfort (Wolf of Wall street) plane crash real?
Hi!
Just watched Wolf of Wall street.
There is a description of a plane crash which was Jordan's private jet.
Try as I might, I could not find any records of that plane crash which apparently happened in 1996, due to bird-strike (sea gulls), and possibly the plane was a Gulfstream.
In the movie, book and interviews he describes it as his own private jet, which went to get him in Sardinia (possibly not) from Paris (possibly not), after his yacht crashed in Mediterranean and Italians saved him with use of army helicopters.
I suspect this guy of lying. Or grossly exaggerating to say the least.
What is your views?
