Comet Mk1 pilots?
Hi all
I was on here a couple of months ago looking for Cold War pilots of various stripes for a BBC2 documentary we're making at the Beeb - now I'm on the hunt for pilots who flew the Comet for BOAC in the very early days (before the crashes in 1954!). I've done a lot of digging on the net and spoken to a few of our contacts but to not avail so far. Does anyone know any who might still be around for us to talk to?
[email protected] if you do!

Peter Duffy: he wrote a very good book some years ago, called "Comets and Concordes (and those I flew before)," about his flying career, which included the Comet 1 with BOAC.
The book jacket (from 1999) states that he was born in 1925, so he'll probably be 87 now, if he's still with us (and I very much hope he is). It also stated that he was living then in Vancouver. Send me a PM if you want any more detail, such as name of the book's publisher etc.
