Hunting Test Pilots Barry Radley/Dick Rumbelow

Does anyone know or have any information on the status of former Hunting Percival Test Pilots Barry Radley and Richard 'Dick' Rumbelow?

From what i can gather, Barry Radley left test flying to work with the South African CAA but cant find any more information after that.

Any help greatly appreciated

T-T, Barry Radley was on 8 ETPS Course in 1949; Rumbelow does not appear, but he may have been a Graduate of USNTPS/USAFTPS/EPNER.
I have a feeling I may have heard of, or met him when learning to fly at Luton FC,in early 60s,as Dizzy was there as well.`Vintage ATCO` may remember; also try `etpsa.org.uk`...

Barry Radley

I remember Barry well and flew with him a couple of times - very good guy. Here's what I found by googling his name:

(1923-1989) After joining the R.A.F. in 1938, he became a night fighter pilot in No. 125 Sqn. during the war, and an R.A.F. test pilot in 1946. Was at E.T.P.S. in 1949 on No8 course, and at R.A.B. for 21 years. Flew with Sabena for six months before joining Hunting Percival in 1953. He became deputy chief test pilot of Hunting Aircraft and latterly joined IATA in Montreal until 1962 before sailing for South Africa in 1963 to join the Department of Transport in Pretoria as a senior inspector of flying. A member of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots, He had over 5,000hr flying on 140 different aircraft types.
